Exchange and Refund Policy
Product Exchange Regulations:
- Original receipt is needed for product exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Item must be undamaged, unaltered, unused/unworn with all original tags/label attached.
- No refund of difference if price of the new item is lower than the original item.
Please note that if you are exchanging for an item of higher value than the original item, the balance needs to be paid either in Cash, NETS or Credit Cards accepted at our Pro Shop.
Please note that sale & discounted items (including items purchased using discount code) are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Product can be exchanged or refunded if there is a manufacturing default.
- Original receipt is required for exchange and refund.
- Product that was sold at a special price due to existing defects cannot be exchanged or refunded.
